Terms of Use — SHIFT by Relivital

License and permitted use

SHIFT is provided by Vionelle spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Ludwika Idzikowskiego 16/401, 00-710 Warszawa, Poland ("we"). We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. The app and its marathon are free; there are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Account

You can use the app as a guest. An account is created with your e-mail address and a one-time code. You are responsible for your e-mail inbox and for the data you give. You can delete the account at any time in Settings → "Delete account".

Points and promo codes

You earn points by completing days of the marathon. 10 points are worth 1 zł of discount. Points expire 90 days after they are earned and have no cash value. You can exchange points for a promo code in the app; codes are issued by our server, are one-time and can be used on relivital.pl under that shop's own terms (including the limit of 20% of the cart). Lifetime percentage codes (3, 5, 7 or 10%) cost no points and do not expire. A used, expired or lost code is not replaced, and deleting your account ends the codes linked to it.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the app: no automated credit of days, changing the device date to earn points, sharing or reselling codes, or attacking the service. We may withhold points or codes obtained this way.

Not medical advice

Relivital is cosmetics. The exercises are not a medical procedure, do not treat any condition and do not promise a result. Do not exercise on painful, injured or inflamed skin, and ask a doctor if you are unsure.

User responsibility

You exercise at your own responsibility and decide how much to do. Stop if something hurts.

Notifications and availability

Reminders are local and need your permission. We try to keep the app available but cannot guarantee it works without interruption.

Intellectual property

The app, videos, texts and the Relivital name belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or publish them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Results of the exercises differ between people.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives to consumers.

Suspension, updates and changes

We may update the app or these terms, or suspend an account that breaks them. A material change is shown in the app.

Governing law

Polish law applies. The mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence are not affected.
