Delete your account and data

You can delete your SHIFT account and the data linked to it at any time. This page is for everyone who uses the app, including people who no longer have it installed.

Option 1 — in the app

Open SHIFT and go to Settings.
Tap “Delete account”. If you use the app as a guest, the button is called “Delete my data”.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2 — by e-mail

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject “Delete my SHIFT account”. We may ask you to confirm that the address is yours. We answer and complete the deletion as soon as we can, and within one month at the latest.

What is deleted

your profile: name, e-mail, language, phone number if you gave one;
your test answers, plan, progress, streak, freezes;
points and their history, and the promo codes issued to you (a code that was already issued may remain valid at relivital.pl, but is no longer linked to you);
your consents and requests; the data stored on the phone.

What is kept for 30 days

Backups and the technical logs of our service providers (for example sign-in logs) are kept for 30 days after deletion and then removed. Usage statistics use a random identifier that is no longer linked to you after deletion. During those 30 days the data is not used for anything else.

Deleting the account cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account on our servers; use one of the options above.
